Jake Hayes is the co-owner of InSource Executives.  He  enjoys being an active part of the business community.  Jake is passionate about his work and wants to help others grow their businesses.

Jake's education is in Computer Science.   His background and training has been intensive in Computer Software Development and Hardware Design.  He has worked as a Senior Java Developer Analyst, Senior J2EE Developer Analyst, Interconnections Development Lead, Java & C++ Developer,  Network Admin & Consultant, and Senior VB Programmer.  Jake knows many software languages and has several certifications including being ranked in the 98th percentile for BrainBench.com J2EE Certification.  He enjoys developing new software and making computers run more efficiently.

As an entrepreneur Jake's vision is to assist companies so they can continue to grow and be successful. InSource Executives was started by Jake to help handle a variety of time consuming tasks for business owners so they can focus on their core business and growth. InSource Executives comes alongside the business owners through the Advisory Council,  Enterprise Launch, One-on-One Coaching, and Business Concierge Services.   Enterprise Launch is a product of InSource Executives that was designed to fulfill the needs of emerging and established businesses.  It provides experience to help business owners continue to grow and succeed through regular business development events, workshops, and seminars.

He is happily married to his college sweetheart, Bridgette Hendrich Hayes.  They have fraternal twin daughters that add a lot of laughter to their life.  Jake loves time spent with family and friends.  His family attends a local church and he is thrilled to use his talents in the community.  He is honored to have the opportunity to be in business and looks forward to meeting many more passionate business people.
