Bridgette Hayes is the co-owner of InSource Executives.  A natural businesswoman, she started her first business with her brothers while still in junior high.  That business, called Triple-H Hay, performed custom swathing, baling, and harvesting for neighboring farmers throughout the year.  While in college Bridgette started her own cleaning company, Spotless Interiors, to help pay for college.  This was the first business Bridgette owned and operated on her own.  She did the advertising and day to day work for Spotless Interiors in between classes and college activities.   Her passion is for the business community and is thrilled to be an active part of it through InSource Executives and Enterprise Launch.

Bridgette received her Bachelors in Marketing Management with a minor in Organizational Communications from Bob Jones University in 2000.  She was actively involved in several organizations and had the privilege of being in leadership positions during her college years.  At the end of her Freshman year she was promoted to a Crew Chief leadership position in which she managed her own work crew of college students and received high ratings on performance.  Bridgette was her society's treasurer and an active part of the Business Association.  Her business training has accelerated her skills and has proved an invaluable asset to InSource Executives.

After college Bridgette had the privilege to work with Babb & Brown under named partner J. Chris Brown, an attorney's office in Greenville, SC.  It was a wonderful learning experience and she was promoted to a leadership position on the real estate closing team. Bridgette was able to get a new experience working with commercial real estate in the Property Management division at Grubb & Ellis | The Furman Co as an Asset Manager & Lease Administrator.  Bridgette handled all the leases for Canada, the United States and South America for a large client account.  She was responsible for Grubb & Ellis | The Furman Co's delinquent accounts and was able to collect a large amount of outstanding balances.

The small business community has always been a part of her life and has fueled her passion to help entrepreneur's be even more successful.  At an early age she was taught the importance of hard work and a positive attitude through working at her parents business in Kansas. Bridgette and Jake started InSource Executives to help business owners continue to grow and be successful through the Advisory Council, Enterprise Launch, One-on-One Coaching and Business Concierge Services.  Enterprise Launch, a product of InSource Executives, is a  business development group that brings experience to both emerging and established businesses in Upstate, South Carolina and the surrounding areas through regular events, workshops, and seminars.

Bridgette married her college sweetheart, Jake Hayes in July 2000.  They have two beautiful fraternal twin daughters, Brina and Karlie who bring much laughter and excitement into their life.  Family is an important part of Bridgette's life and she loves having the opportunity to work as well as enjoy her family.  She is involved in a variety of ministries at her local church and excited to use her talents to help others within our community.
